Our team deals with litigation concerning the most varied areas of Law and has represented both the prosecution and the defense, having experience in both roles.

Our intervention begins in the pre-litigation phase advising the client of the possibilities of success of the lawsuit and the advantages of negotiating a settlement.

Our work focuses mostly on civil and criminal litigation.

In civil matters, we highlight the actions of:
